In January 2022, ICS sponsored and attended the annual MSBA Leadership Conference. The Minnesota School Board Association is a leading advocate for public education, and we are proud to continue to partner with them and collaborate with educational leaders across the state.
Hot Cocoa Day
There’s nothing quite like a warm cup of cocoa to shake away the winter blues! Our offices joined together to enjoy a toasty treat in celebration of National Hot Cocoa Day!
ICS 2022 Kick-Off
This past January, ICS hosted a professional development and team-building event at Top Golf in Brooklyn Center, MN. Our team discussed new strategies for 2022 and how we plan to work better as a team. Joined by motivational speaker John Kriesel and magician The Amazing Hondo, our team was able to come together to celebrate and kick off a new year with learning and fun!
Chili Cook-Off
In honor of National Chili Day, our offices hosted a chili cook-off to find out who would be crowned the Chili Champion!
2021 OECS Safety Teamwork Award
ICS is the proud recipient of the 2021 OECS Safety Teamwork Award! Voted on by OECS Safety Associates and the OECS leadership team, this award recognizes ICS and our Safety Committee for following OSHA guidance in establishing, running, and evolving our Safety Committee, holding regular safety meetings, organizing company-wide safety initiatives, and improving safety metrics and culture within the workplace. ICS was selected as one of four out of over 300 contractors to receive the 2021 OECS Safety Teamwork Award.
