Project Overview
After passing a $205 million referendum in April 2018, Brainerd Public Schools is on a journey of facility transformations. These improvements, spread across 12 facilities, will change the face of education for future generations.
From additions and renovations to new construction, the ICS team has been the District’s partner from planning and pre-referendum services through program management and technical services. We’re proud to share the story of Brainerd Public Schools and the impact these improvements are making in the local Brainerd area.

Repurpose the existing Baxter building as an Early Childhood Education center and move elementary to a newly constructed school
