Grand Rapids Fire Hall

Project Details:

ICS, in partnership with DSGW Architects, CMTA, and Northland Consulting Engineers, was hired to provide program management services for a new fire hall for the City of Grand Rapids, MN. This new 17,313 square foot facility includes a fully operational bay, office/administrative space, a police evidence garage, training area, and commons space.

The Grand Rapids Fire Department has a long-standing tradition of being a leader in the fire services in Itasca County and having a well-equipped facility to support that staff is critical for the City.

In September 2020, fire station and city staff, residents, and community members broke ground on this exciting new addition to the Grand Rapids area. This facility is now open and serving the local community well.
