In 2019, Litchfield Public Schools sought voter approval on a two-question ballot to protect educational programming and improve facilities. Incredible: it’s the only word to describe what it’s been like to bear witness to the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts project coming to fruition in Brainerd.
