St. Louis County Schools Cherry School Project Details:
ICS partnered with St. Louis County Schools to successfully deliver a complex, multi-phased construction project at Cherry School. The 37,700 square-foot project included new learning environments, facility renovations, athletic field enhancements, playground expansions, parking improvements, and infrastructure upgrades across six additions and 10 separate renovated areas.
To ensure ongoing operation during construction, ICS implemented a rigorous disruption avoidance plan for indoor air quality, construction containment, student and staff safety, traffic circulation, and operational continuity. This project delivered transformative improvements to the campus while allowing students and staff to continue learning, teaching, and competing in athletics throughout the course of construction.
