It’s a wrap! Termed “the summer slam” by many, every minute is critical in between school years. Looking back at this summer, our team is proud of how we delivered construction projects on time and on budget. Here’s a snapshot of the summer:

  • 52 active construction projects
  • Managed over $200,000,000 in construction
  • Worked with 128 contractors
  • 55 field personnel including project managers and superintendents
  • 6 project coordinators

Our completed projects this summer include Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools (Pleasantview Elementary), Worthington Intermediate School, Osseo Area Schools (Palmer Lake Elementary and the High School East Wing project), Orono Public Schools (indoor air quality improvements), North Penn School District (Knapp Elementary), Frazee-Vergas Public Schools (site and indoor air quality improvements), MACCRAY Public Schools (new united campus), Marshall Public Schools (Middle School IAQ), multiple projects for Litchfield Public Schools, Chisago Lakes Public School District (various improvements and High School turf replacement), Mahnomen Public Schools (ESSER funds project), Holdingford Public Schools (IAQ and exterior improvements), Brainerd Public Schools (South Campus and High School North A Wing), Goodhue Public Schools (bathroom remodel), ISD 197 (West St. Paul, Mendota Heights, and Eagan), Mankato Area Schools (Franklin Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary).

Worthington Public Schools New Intermediate School

After a successful November 2019 referendum, construction is completed for a new $33.7 million Intermediate School in Worthington, MN. An open house and tours were held on Tuesday, September 6 to celebrate this new addition to the Worthington community!

Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools Pleasantview Elementary

Following a successful referendum in November 2019, construction is completed at the new Pleasantview Elementary for Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools. Check out the latest updates here.

Brainerd Public Schools Lincoln Education Center

As part of the district’s 2018 referendum, the $11 million South Campus remodel at Brainerd Public Schools is complete. This revamped building will now serve as the Lincoln Education Center and provides space to accommodate transitional programs.
