Ryan Hoffman_Project Development Manager_ICS — With over 21 years of experience, Ryan is an expert in overall facilities planning, long-range planning, and project development. He is able to understand a project from the beginning and help guide the client to effective facility solutions.

Karen Klein - Cooperative Accounts Manage - ICS — With over 22 years of industry experience, Karen possesses a strong focus on qualitative results for capital improvement planning and long-range facility management, as well as extensive experience working with all nine service cooperatives across Minnesota.

Chris Ziemer_Project Director_ICS — Chris has been involved in the construction industry for over 22 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction planning, cost estimating and scheduling, to post-construction project close-out and documentation. With hands-on management experience, he is able to provide valuable insight and recommendations related to constructability and phasing issues and resolve potential problems that may arise during a project.
