Mahnomen Public Schools Project Details:
Mahnomen Public Schools hired ICS to provide pre-construction planning, construction management, and commissioning services for a series of renovations and additions across the district. These improvements were designed to address the need for additional space, enhance the physical condition of facilities, and prepare students for the future.
Key project highlights include:
- A 19,000-square-foot addition featuring a secure main entry, district offices, a new commons area, music classrooms, expanded Native American education spaces, upgraded high school locker rooms, a multi-purpose meeting space, concessions, gym storage, and restrooms.
- 15,500 square feet of renovations, transforming the 1952 classroom wing into modern middle school classrooms, enhanced Special Education areas, an updated south gym lobby and junior high locker rooms, and improved security.
- Renovations and repurposing of existing band and choir areas to create additional classrooms.
These updates provide flexible, adaptable spaces designed to serve students and staff now and well into the future.
