Project Details:
ICS provided Program Management and commissioning services for the new Welia Health (formerly FirstLight Health) Community Wellness Center in Mora, MN. This new 63,000 square foot facility features an 8,500 square foot elevated walking track, a community and fitness room, various medical examination areas and community support areas, four courts for basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball, commons and concessions areas, two batting cages, two long-jump pits, two pole-vault pans, and a running track. This project, in collaboration with Mora Public Schools, offers the local community with healthcare/medical support and a year-round facility for continuous fitness goals.
