Project Details:
ICS provided construction management services for the $6 million Anoka Courthouse renovation, which opened in April 2017. It is a multi-phased, sequenced project that allows for the existing courthouse facility to remain in operation throughout construction. The work included a renovation of the first, second, and third floors, converting underutilized space into functional courtrooms, and repurposing existing courtrooms into modern courtrooms. The goal of the project was to provide enhanced security and functionality to the central courthouse.
