At ICS, our values aren’t just words on a page; they’re ingrained into every aspect of our organization and culture. We believe in what they stand for. In honor of that belief, ICS launched an award series this year called the Value Leader Awards. Team members were encouraged to nominate their peers who live out the ICS company values daily.
With so many great people on staff, we had to narrow down the winners to three finalists for each value and select the winner from there. In this post, we highlight the top three nominees for each award as well as the winners.
